On-chain DAOs are decentralized autonomous organizations that operate entirely on the blockchain, using smart contracts and other blockchain-based technologies for its operations and decision-making processes. Tally believes that true DAOs operate on-chain.

Initialize cWETHv3 on Ethereum
Summary: Takes the governance steps recommended and necessary to initialize a Compound III WETH market; upon execution, cWETHv3 will be ready for use.

Summary: By setting this reverse record, anyone will be able to easily send anything to Nouns by simply inputting nouns.eth.
